tesco simply add tandoori chicken

Just got a pot of this reduced to 45p in tesco. Anyone know the syns? Quite low fat and all the ingredients look ok. Fingers crossed its ok!

Cant find it on syns online, is it this one?

If so using chicken as Free food I get

19 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy

That's for the whole 600g pot.

Yeah I was a bit shocked, I ran it through again to check, WTF have they put in it? :sigh:

All the ingredients were free ones except vegetable oil. Must have just had loads of that in it! 5id taste a bit oily come to think of it. Coukdnt resist for 45p though! Sucker for a bargain I am!
