Tesco simply heat range which ones if any are free on ee?

I had Tesco simply heat Gammon shanks with Muscovado sauce which were really nice I think I read somewhere that they were free on ee, is that right?
Also got the Tesco simply heat Chicken in piri piri sauce & Tesco simply heat beef brisket in Ale gravy. Does anyone know if they are free on ee?

The gammon and the beef are indeed free on ee. I can't see the chicken on syns online though.
