Not sure on syns but definitely not a HEB - granary bread doesn't count as wholemeal bread unfortunately

Hiya,thabks for ur reply, i posted his ? Twice and someone told me the same not a hex,syns average 10.5, was shocked and won,t be eating those again.

Wow 10.5 is loads!! No wonder I was piling on weight before I came back to SW, they were a favourite with lots of butter haha!

i was shocked too,,gutted as they were nice but not worth 10.5syns. I do miss my bread,trying to cut it down or just have 2 wm 400g for my hex every now and then!!
