Tesco sparkling spring water

Hi all

I'm having a bit of a panic, could someone please confirm how many syns are in tesco apple and raspberry sparkling water? I was allowing 1 syn as its 20 cals per litre, but someone said its 2 syns per 250ml! I drink a litre bottle everyday!

0.2g carb
0.2g of which sugars
0g fat
0g fibre

As 100 ml is 1 calorie and 250 ml is 3 calories, then I would think it is free.
