Tesco's meat free chicken style fillets?

    i bought these the other day whilst buying my meat free mince, does anyone know if they are free or what the syn value is please

    per fillet:
    100kcal
    protein 11.3g
    carb5.9g of which sugars 1.1g
    fat 3.4g of which satuarate 0.4g

    hopefully this as all the info you need:confused:

    I saw them this morning cause they were on offer or maybe it was the quorn ones. Let me know what they taste like cause i was tempted.

    thanks for that:) lucky though as im having 2 of them right now for my dinner.

    as far as meat free stuff goes then they are actually quite nice but then i did put them in the oven along with a couple garlic cloves, red onions mushrooms and baby potatoes:D so they might have taken on some of the diff flavours, but theyve made for a nice dinner:)

    I have been buying these recently & there really quite nice, even my children (3 & 1yrs) enjoy them :D
