Tessieg1's CD Restart WI's

    Hi everyone, I restarted CD last week. I had to come off CD for two weeks before that as I was really ill and couldn't eat.

    I'm pleased to say that I have lost 3lbs this week! :scale:

    I know that's less than many other people lose per week, but for me it's a lot. I struggle to lose weight as I have a very underactive thyroid. My CDC is pleased and after a long talk we've set a goal of losing 3lb per week till Christmas. That way I can lose about 2st, so that will be my Christmas present to myself.

    Right, off to have my first Tetra of the day/night. I have 4 packs left for the night. :)

    Hi everyone, just came back from my weigh in, and despite my TOM turning up I lost 1.5lbs!!!:) I am really pleased. That's brought me to 20.5lbs lost in total so far. :D

    Hi Miss-R, thanks very much! My CDC is on holiday for 9 days now, so I'm hoping to be under 200 by the time she gets back. I'm aiming for 7lbs. Fingers crossed, hey! You'll get there soon too, Hon. :)

    Aaah, thanks Hon. Gosh, can't believe I'm in the 14st's let alone near 13st! Can't wait! Feel like I'm on a role now. Hope you're well? Will catch up soon. On my way to work now. :)

    Hello all,

    Thought I'd use this old thread instead of creating a new one. I've just been to see my CDC and I've lost 5.5lbs this week! :D I'm really pleased. My CDC wasn't too impressed though, as I've not really been able to eat much the last few days. I still have 10 CD packs left from last week. :eek:
    I'm on antibiotics for the next week, and Strefen lozenges for my throat, so they will keep me out of ketosis. I'm still planning on continuing on SS+ with three packs and a small meal this week.

    This week has been a difficult week filled with medication and antibiotics, but I still managed to lost 1.8lbs this week, so I'm really pleased. :D As of tomorrow, I can focus 100% on CD - no distractions or excuses. Looking forward to next week's wi! :)

    Well, had a bit of a disappointing weigh in this week to be honest. It could be due to the fact that I've not been able to go to the loo for four days...(sorry if too much info!:eek:) . Anyway, I lost half a pound this week.... yes, only half a friggin' pound. :cry: However, I guess I can look at it that at least it is a loss and not a gain. Just really disappointed as my scales showed a 2-3lb loss. I know they're slightly different from my CDC's scales, but it's usually only a lb or lb and a half difference. Oh well, time to move on and focus on my minigoal. 11lbs to lose in 3 weeks. I CAN DO IT! :)
