I would say 3/4 days just to be safe. It takes others faster to get in and others slower. If your carb intake has been high prior to you starting the diet then it may take longer to get into ketosis.
i went into ketosis on my first day of CD!! and that was with eating a massive indian take away the night before, so you could be lucky, it was only light pink, but deffo ketosis, the next day it was dark pink, just check now, theres no harm in looking :)

I havent got any sticks to test with.
Should I get some, what does knowing actually do, just so you know your doing it right?
