Hi there... I am thinking of joining lighter life in the new year as I did cambridge for a while but think I need the discipline of LL. However, I don't think LL do the pre mixed testra's that cambridge do and these are very handy for work. Can someone tell me if LL do anything similar?

BUT....we were asked for feedback in your group a few weeks ago and ready to drink things were put forward and LL are considering introducing them into their range.

If I have to eat on the move, I take a bar or I make myself the crisps out of soup or muffins out of the shakes so I have food ready to eat when I need it!
