Hi everyone! Have started the CD diet today after a meeting with my consultant yesterday. I was wondering if you get used to the texture of the porridge? I like the shakes so may just have them for breakfast instead if i cant get used to it.
I had porridge for my first week but can't be doing with the faffing to get it just right so I don't gag I've been having cappuccino shakes for breakfast instead!
Didn't bother with blender - the thought of cleaning it after put me off LOL came about better though when I stirred in water gradually and turned down level on microwave
