TGI Fridays?

Hey all

Does anyone know any syn values for TGI fridays? Ive been on the site and I cant seem to find any nutritional info? My partners birthday on Sunday so was hoping to flexi syn it. If I dont know syns I have a feeling I will pick anything, but I suppose birthdays only fall once a year! Lost 9lb in the past two weeks so im quite happy in that respect!

If anyone knows where I could find out this info it would be a good help.

When in TGIs I always order a side salad for starter, steak with veggies and rice and stay at about 5 syns for the rest of the day. It hasn't damaged my losses...
They dont publish tgi fridays syn values as they would be through the roof! thats y it is so tasty lol.
I work for tgi and the main things i go for are:
Side salad with balsamic dressing
Chicken cesar salad, no croutons, no dressing, no cheese.
Wicked Chicken, no sauce, with salad and rice
Steak/ Surf and turf (cajan shrimp only, not battered)
JDchicken (no jd glaze, with rice and salad)

No mash! veggies! JD glaze! or anything else! lol if u do have veggies i'd watch your syns for the rest of the day as they are cooked with a litle butter so it could vary.
If you have any questions about the food ask your server or manager and you can be really fussy and change everything on the menu like i do :)

Those dishes without the sauces are just chicken breasts!
I used to work there too and you can ask for plain chicken breasts if you want to, it will work out alot cheaper!!
I've seen a page on the slimming world website about TGI Friday, giving you the best options to go for and telling you the syns of the high fat meals.

I'm a member though so maybe I can only see as I've got access??
