TGI Friday's!

I have a staff meal at TGI's this weekend and I'm trying to decide on something beforehand so that I don't get there, cave in and choose a full rack of ribs with chips haha! Low fat options are pretty much non-existent :(

I'm considering the BBQ Chicken Salad - "Sweet, smoky barbecue glazed chicken on a bed of freshly tossed mesculin, cos and iceberg leaves with freshly diced tomatoes, spring onions and Montery Jack and Colby cheeses. Served with our tangy BBQ ranch dip."

Can anyone estimate how many syns this would contain?
I guess I'm looking at the chicken being cooked with oil, plus covered in the sauce so at least 8 syns for this? And the cheese depends on how much they put on I suppose

Hey :)
this may be a little late but for future reference i thought it would be good. I work for TGI so no the food inside and out lol.

im on extra easy so..
Steak and shrimp is fine (unless coated in batter)
Wicked chicken (no sauce) served with rice and salad
chicken Cesar salad, no sauce cheese or croutons
side salads with balsamic vinegar are free

Stay away from JD glaze as it is packed with sugar,
fajits as the veg is cooked with oil and butter.
Mash as it is 'cheesy mash'
and id be wary of bbq sauce and other sauces as they are all sweet.

Hope this helps some people xx :p
