Our works christmas lunch is in a Thai Restaurant - I have no idea whether its a set menu (not seen any options yet) or buffet style
. Anyone got any tips on what can be enjoyed without too many syns or anything that should really be avoided? I plan on relaxing and enjoying myself, but if I start off the day making the right choices, I know I won't end up calling in for burger and chips on the way home.....
