Thanks box on Posts?

I'm confused, can someone explain why there are thanks boxes on some peoples posts and not on others?
I don't have a thanks box on mine?

You do have one hun, at the bottom on the right, its just that you can't see your own, as you can't thank yourself (if you see what I mean) lol x

Could i ask where it is if i wanted to thank someone for a post they sent me?
I cant see a thank you icon anywhere
I was told its on the bottom right hand side??

When you want to thank someone, you just click on the "thanks" button

Its at the bottom of each posts to thank for posts. Also you may need more than 50 posts to thank some one but im not sure......
