Started on SW again on Thurs and already have made super speed soup, sweet and sour (fanta zero) chicken, smash pizza and plan on making mushy pea curry and the pasta n sauce quiche in the next few days!

This website is the best resource ever! Thanks everyone!! The variety and ideas are sure to help me stick at it and defo lose the weight this time :) x

Totally agree. I think if it was not for this site and all the various recipes I'd have given up ages ago, been tired of eating the same things over and over again! :)

im on my second week doing it at home and without this site i think i would be off track like i normally have done in the past..
i actually enjoy meal times now and look forward to cooking new treats of which all have been amazing.
