Thanks to everyone who motivated me last week. I was really struggling and thought about giving in - well not now

Weighed in last night and I had lost 1 stone. I was so delighted only 5 more to go but it has been so quick! Slimming world or WW would have taken much longer (normally because I cheat!!)
