Thanks to everyone - I'm sticking with SW

Just wanted to think everyone who helped me on my moany thread about not losing much weight yet on SW.
I was considering swapping to WW and although I do like WW, I just use the points system to make bad choices.
I am going to stick with SW and with all the useful tips everyone gave I will hopefully start to progress with SW a bit better - who knows if I would have stuck with it all this week I may have had a good loss on Thursday.
I can't help that now, I'll just have to grit my teeth and put up with it.
I'm off to nosey at some of your food diarys now for inspiration!

Good for you hunny, YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!! We are all here to help each other and share ideas so just shout if theres anything you need, you're certainley not alone on your weightloss journey!

Thanks. I was even considering not getting weighed this week but that would just be silly. I'll report back about how I did though and then I can look forward to a better week staring Friday.

Its best to just go, find out the damage (if theres any) and draw a line under it. You will be absolutley fine, good luck!! x

i know what you mean, when i was doing ww, all i ate was zero veg soup and chocolate with my points, or crisps, i hated using my points up on fruit, so now i actually love sw as i eat healthily, and save syns for weekend and enjoy fruit without worrying about blinkin points!
