OK, I have to lose some weight so here goes with my first attempt at SW.

As I've never done this before I'd be really greatful for any advice, tips etc...

Day 1

Breakfast: Boiled Egg, toast (HEX), apple and marg (synned)
Lunch: Jacket Potato, tuna and mayo (synned) apple
Dinner: Beef stroganoff with philly(synned) broccoli, cabbage, peas, carrots and swede. Ice cream (synned) and blackberry, blackcurrant etc puree over the top.

Snack 2 crackers and 2 extra light laughing cow segments.
 
Today
Breakfast 2 alpen light bars (HEXb) and 2 apples
Lunch pasta salad with chicken and bacon, celery, sweetcorn and peas
Dinner SW burger with SW chips and salad, watermelon, apple, 3 crackers and 3 extra light laughing cow (HEXa)

May have some more fruit later
