    Thanks as well but I had to give up after the first page because at the moment walking more than 500 yards means trouble for my back. I have put on a back corset today and I shall see how far I can go; every day a bit further and I will succeed. Weight loss can only help my cause though and I am doing fine on that one. Healthy body needs healthy weight.
