Hi Everyone
I hope Santa was good to you. Ive had a wonderful time over Christmas, it was very busy but lots of fun!
Unfortunately all my good intentions went out the window. I'm not beating myself up and I know where I went wrong. I let all those lovely strokes people have been giving me go to my head. I also had a few nights out with drink so justified my eating to line my tummy and to get over the hangover. One night out or one meal just snowballed. I havent been as bad as I could have been but I know I have gained weight. I dont want to go on about it becuase I enjoyed christmas and am 100% focused on reaching goal in feb some time. i have to say i have learnt so much about my eating habits and I was not as bad as I could have been and wasnt picking on things. It was mainly booze and dinners.
I have my last foundation meeting tmrw night. So will be getting weighed then I will have a lcear number of how much I have to lose to get to goal. I am going on to developers and looking fwd to it but very nervous!!! I will be joining the valentines challenge as soon as I know the damage from my christmas lapse.
So now my rebilious week is behind me and I am so glad to be back to LL. I missed you guys and I missed my soups!!
Also just want to say to everyone who stuck to it over christmas well done!! Im proper proud of you all. Its a tough time to do any diet let alone a VLCD so well done!!!
