The best excersise's to do please help

I am loosing my weight and have lost 14lbs in the last 4 weeks but my lurrrvvvve handles are not going anywhere:mad: have only 4 weeks till I go away on holidays with my family. I entend to start to aqua aerobics 3 times a week today but the dreaded totm has come. Can anyone give me some advice on the best side excercise I can do until I start swimming...
 
Love handles are hard to shift... I know, got some nice ones myself. I do not know if you have access to an incline board -- but if you lay on an incline board (it should reach to about your waist) and do reverse crunches (only lifting your body to "in line" not flexing past that or you could hurt yourself) -- you can also to side lifts and those help the handles.

However, the Daily Mail has an article that suggests aerobics.
