the best meal ever!!!!

I think i have discovered the best meal ever on extra easy!

Thai Sweet Chilli Savoury Rice fried 1st in frylight to bring out the flavours i then threw in the following all frozen, peppers, sweetcorn, peas mushrooms & chicken tikka breast, frieed it abit longer and then added the water, less than stated and cooked for 16 mins.

It was between a paella, rissotto and jaymbalya!

absolutly fabulous.....

even better i managed portion control so got some for lunch 2morrow!

yeah its the bachelors ones, the only ones i have in the house just now, everytime they go on special in asda i buy loads, the only one 1 dont buy is the beef one!

the chicken tikka was the frozen bag from farmfoods and flung in the whole bag!

enough to feed a small army! or just me..... he he

i find extra easy is simpler, i have a 3yr old and fussy husband!

the only bit i struggle with is 1/3 superfree....
