-2.1lbs for me this week!
Had lots going on and have not really had chance to exercise so pretty pleased

Some great losses ladies...I'm getting nervous for my WI on Saturday - stayed in my points but seem to have eaten out/from canteen more so bit worried! Also struggled keeping up with exercise regime as visiting my nan in hospital and by the time I'm home I'm just ready for bed! I normally do 3 lots and I've done 2 so just 1 more to fit in b4 saturday I guess- think it might be a small loss though this week! x
 
I ve just joined the gym and I'm loving swimming at the moment , did 50 lengths last night does anyone no if that's reasonable x

My tips are don't eat on weigh in day lol. I'm naughty like everyone else but if I'm being bad I tend to do it on one day. My day being Saturday. Instead of being bad a couple of days I then have Saturday to look forward to having a "blow out" i use all my weeklies and daily points then x
 
I get weighed at home so I do it as soon as I'm up (after going to the toilet-haha) x
 
A 2 lbs loss for me this week .. that makes a 3 stone loss since sept .. woop woop
 
it's a gain of 1lb for me this week I must admit but considering I was off on holiday I don't think I done that bad.. roll on next week til I get it off me again! :) good luck to everyone!

Don't worry Nichola...that will come off no hassle.
Afraid it's only .5 for me again this week. Am looking at the slippery slope unfortunately!! Need a kick up the backside please....this is typically where I sabotage myself, and I really don't want that to happen. Need to refocus now, and put in a good week.

2lbs down this week for me (and team orange) hope everyone is ok and still enjoying their plans! I'm really pleased with how I am working on pp at the moment! I'm also using Biggest Loser Challenge on the wii 3 times a week and I absolutely love it - a bit of healthy competition has always worked for me! I've lost 6.5lbs in just under 3 weeks so I'm nearly at my 5% and first silver 7 x

RULES/SCORING SYSTEM
1. The challenge will run for 6 months from 15th April 2012 to 14th October 2012 - in which time everyone will have 26 WIs.
2. Each week I will convert the weight loss of each person into a percentage per person and then a percentage per team.
3. Each person can set a percentage loss goal for them to work to - and then the team will also have a target based on those.
4. Don't worry - no-one will be eliminated!!! ;)

* Each week there will be a team that is the "biggest loser" :D - That team will earn themselves 50 points
* Each week the biggest percentage loser (individual) will earn their team 25 points and a personal Gold "Lightening Losers" star (*) :D
* Every person who meets their percentage goal during the 26 weeks will also earn 50 points for their team and a Silver "Tremendous Target" star (*)
* And then the team which loses the highest percentage by the end of the 26 weeks will earn 500 points!!!
* The team that has the most points overall at the end of the challenge will win.... :D And I may just send a little treat to the members of that team :D
