the biggest loser workout!

Started the biggest loser workout on my kinect last night its awesome! Did 30 mins and although I was breathless and so hot you could have fried an egg on me I felt fine... Today I can feel it in my muscles :-D going to try and do at least 30mins 6 days a week, also downloaded the pilates work out as I have heard its really good for toneing so going to try and do that every other day as well as the workout.
I also like that it scans your body so you can actually see the difference as you lose and tone :)
 
I love my kinect! Even playing games on it is a work out cause you have to use your whole body but it doesn't feel like a work out because its fun :-D
 
Just done 15 minute full body work out, 15 minute pilates work out and 15 minutes yoga workout. I can feel it already! And according to the game I have burnt 200 cals!!!
