Pretty sure I have approx 10 slimming world books in my drawers ... the amount of times I have joined, lost motivation then rejoined..each time I rejoin I am heavier. I absolutely know SW works but I just can't stick to it.
I have 4 Easter eggs sitting downstairs and already have had fruit, toast and beans for breakfast but I literally can't get the creme eggs out of my head.
Has anyone any tips on how to keep focused?
