The diary of a new mummy - half stone award achieved :)

Hi, I am Nicki and yet again I am on a diet :rolleyes: but I have just had a baby :D:D

I lost 4 st last year on cambridge but piled it back on and more whilst pregnant.

I started slimming world two weeks ago and have lost 6lb but I need this place again as I did with cambridge to put all my thoughts down an keep a food diary xx

I am 36 yrs young and have a 14yr old (Ben) a 3 yr old (Charlie) and a 2mth old (Freya-Rose). I need to lose 4 stone. Hubby is in the Navy and goes back to sea 11th feb so that makes it tons easier to diet, although he has been doing it with me.

Hope you'll have me :D:D I promise to try and keep you entertained :p:p

So, as I am exclusively breastfeeding I can have 6 x HE's :D:D. I am doing EE and today I have had

Free Food
2 x poached eggs,
mushrooms,
tomatoes,
bacon
pear
Syn free chilli


HE's
toast = 1 x HEb
coffee/ milk = 1 x HEa
2 x aldi cereal bars = 1 x HEb
Cheese = 1 x HEa

Syns
4 x rich tea fingers = 4 syns
.5 segment of terrys choc orange 1 syn
Kit kat = 5.5 syns
Malted milk = 2 syns

I wrote a big page out earlier and its not here ??? :( cant remember what I wrote now lol

Anyway having a good day diet wise - my mum has had my kiddies for a couple of hours so managing to do all my cleaning and had a lush hot bath alone with no kiddies in with me lol - I have a stinking cold and cant take anything cos of bfing so trying to forget it - I could do with some chocolate LOL..

I have totally confused myself lol - I made an account in NickiM but it didn't work for some reason so I made another with this name - then for some reason logged me as NickiM oh god I'm confused - anyway my username is Slimmoley2be - baby brain !!! doh

Hi nicki, I'm the same need to eat more super free so am trying more of a success express week with 1/3 free and 2/3 super free to see if helps? Have started a diary too cos I think helps keep u on track writing it all down? Well done so far :) Lou x

Having a hungry day today - LO has been feeding loads and it always makes me really hungry !!! I havn't actually eaten all of this yet it includes tea tonight LOL
There is a big pack of mini eggs in the cupboard which are the kids but I really want to eat them arggghhhhh

I really really need to eat more super free, also bloody hubby has done me afew glasses of squash and its not the no added sugar arrrgghhh luckily I noticed now !! feeling a bit out of it this week need to plan my week x
