Tuesday 5th July.

Omg I've done a night shift went to bed at 7am when I finished work n I've just woke up it's now 11:53AM!! I'm STARVING!!!
hope it's a good sign and I'm pregnant!! :)

Breakfast: exotic pineapple, mango, kiwi and grapes.

2x Alpen light bar (HEXB)

Couldn't sleep so I've made SW style pie with turkey and veg done a big batch for the next few days :)

Can't stop eating today I've ate LOADS of cherries!

Seafood sticks!!

Lunch: home made pizza. Warburtons square wraps 8syns.Topping: pasata, cheese (HEXA) mixed herbs, ham, mushrooms, tomatoes and onion.

More cherries!!

Mini milk 1.5 syns.

Tea: big fruit salad. Strawberries, apple, orange and pineapple.

Cadburys light choc moose 3syns.

Im ok thank you. Bit upset today as exs bday so had to stop working and just spent some time with my boy... Back onto business mind tomorrow tho xx

Wednesday 6th July.

Breakfast: scrambled egg with dash of milk 0.5 syns, bacon, tinned tomatoes, mushrooms and 2x WM toast.

Lunch: Pineapple and seafood sticks! Seriously got cravings for them!

Tea: home made turkey pie!
Used turkey, bacon, mushrooms, onions, peas, chili, garlic 2 table spoons of gravy granules 2syns topped with mash. With steamed veg carrots broccoli and peas.

Mini milk 1.5 syns.

Cadburys light chic moose 3syns.

3x baby bell light (HEXA)

More seafood sticks!!

Thursday 7th July.

Breakfast: shreddies (HEXB) with milk (HEXA) topped with chopped strawberries, banana and pineapple.

Lunch: Nandos Mediterranean salad with chicken and feta cheese not much tho. Was abit crap to be honest won't be going back!!

Went to cinema and instead of having chocolate or pop corn I got a tesco meal deal! Sushi and apple and grapes!

BAD as now I'm having a doner kebab :(

Friday 8th July.

Had a crappy day :( ive had to ho straight to bed instead of swimming as I feel rotten. hoping I'm pregnant!! :) feel sick and have a really dodgy tummy! It's either that or the kebab I had last night! Serves me right :(

Today I will try not to have any syns to make up for badness last night.

Breakfast: 2x alpen light bars (HEXB)
With chopped strawberries.

Lunch: Salad. Seafood sticks, spinach, cucumber, beetroot, tomatoes and celery.

Tea: jacket potato with lean mince bolognese added mushrooms, peppers, chilli, and garlic. 2.5 syns.
3x mini baby bell light (HEXA)
Grapes.

Thanks Hun. I'm in bed feel that bad!
Hope you have a lovely weekend too :) not sure what to do about WI this week as I'm working everyday till next Friday so can't WI at the same time?? Do I skip a week and not WI till next sat? Xx

Saturday 9th July.

Can't WI today as I'm at work :( still feeling really drained and sick. PRAY I'm pregnant :)

Breakfast: 2x alpen light bars(HEXB)
2x kiwi
Grapes
1 orange.

Lunch: houmous with carrot and cucumber will say 4syns as it wasn't much.

Mini milk 1.5 syns.

Tea: Chinese as it's sat night and we have both been working today and all weekend. Had half special chow mein fried rice and 2small spare ribs! Def used all my syns!!

Sunday 10th July.

Breakfast: cooked breakfast at work bacon, egg and tinned tomatoes with 2x WHITE BREAD!!! BAD!! 8syns but will say 10syns for all incase the egg was cooked in fat!!

Lunch: jacket potato with left over bolognese from the other day. Lots of peppers, mushrooms, chilli, garlic, lean mince and dolmio light 3 syns.

Tea: pasta with pasata, onions, peppers, garlic, chilli and bacon. Added some steamed veg carrots, peas and broccoli to upp the super free!! Cheese (HEXA)

2x alpen light bars (HEXB) warmed in the microwave! Was actually quite nice!
