The diary of my new life :)

Monday 11th July.

Breakfast: shreddies (HEXB) with milk (HEXA) topped with kiwi, pear and grapes.

Somebodies birthday at work so had a TINY slice or carrot cake 5syns.

Lunch: left over pasta from last night

Tea: made mince balls (the same as I usually do for burgers but decided to make balls!!) with SW wedges, spinach, cucumber and celery with extra light Mayo 0.5 syns and sweet chilli 1.5 syns.

Mini milk 1.5 syns.

Tuesday 12th July.

Time of the month tomorrow praying the witch stays away so we can FINALLY have our baby! Please everyone keep fingers crossed :)

Lunch: left over pasta (same as yesterday and Sunday!!)

Cadburys light choc moose 3syns.

Choc chip cookie 3.5 syns.

1 orange.

Wednesday 13th July. Night shift :(

WI today and I've lost another 2pounds V happy I'm 10stone 1pounds! :) :) went shopping with my mum and baby nephew and bought 4 new dresses!!

Breakfast: 1 alpen light bar 1/2 (HEXB)

Lunch: chicken, bacon and mayo jacket potato with salad will say 7.5 syns coz it was from a cafe.

Tea: spaghetti carbonnara made with bacon, mushrooms, onions, garlic, chilli and Phili light with sweet chili 2.5 syns. With steamed broccoli, carrots and peas.

Night shift: lots of strawberries!

Thursday 14th July. Night shift :(

I'm not pregnant :( :(

Breakfast: 1 alpen light bar 3syns
4x Aldi savour breaks crispbreads (HEXB) with philli light 2.5 syns.

Lunch: uncle bens tomato and basil rice 4 syns with added mushrooms, tomatoes and steamed veg broccoli, carrots and peas, sweet chilli sauce 1.5 syns and light soy sauce.

Tea: jacket potato and cheese (HEXA) with steam broccoli carrots and peas.

Mini milk 1.5 syns.

Friday 15th July.

Breakfast: 4 x Aldi crispbreads (HEXB) with Phili light 2.5 syns.

Lunch: went out for lunch and had a salmon salad with tiny bit of dressing so will say 5 syns.

Strawberry and cream frap (ss milk HEXA) from starbucks worked at to be 10syns will NOT be having another for that amount of syns!!

Shared hubs popcorn in the cinema.

saturday 16th July.

Going out tonight for the first time in about 2years!!! slowly getting my confidence back instead of hating what I see in the mirror now I smile and think I'm nearly there! Maybe only another half stone or so to go it's a working progress :)

Breakfast: bacon, mushrooms and tinned tomatoes :)

Lunch: co op pitta (HEXB) filled with SW coronation chicken tomatoes and cucumber 1syn.

Fruit salad with strawberries, grapes and apple.

Uncle bens rice with mushrooms and tomatoes 3syns.

LOTS of drink def gone over on syns but I had an AMAZING night! :) :)

Sunday 17th July.

Soooooooooooooo hung over had a fab night though :)

Breakfast: shreddies (HEXB) with milk (HEXA) with chopped strawberries, banana and grapes.

2x crisps (BAD) but it was better than mcdonalds!! 12syns.

Tea: pasta with morrisons sausage 1.5 syns. Pasata, onions, chilli, garlic and mushrooms.

Breakfast: strawberries, banana, 2x alpen light bars (HEXB) and grapes.


Lunch: ham and cheese (HEXA) salad with coleslaw, carrots, tomatoes, onion, egg, lettuce and cucumber.Will say 5syns coz of coleslaw and cheese isn't weighed.

Tea: chicken stir fry with peppers, mushrooms, egg noodles soy sauce and sweet chilli 1.5 syns.
