Tuesday 19th July.

Breakfast: shreddies (HEXB) with milk (HEXA) chopped strawberries, banana and grapes.

Lunch: ham salad. Ham, coleslaw 3.5 syns with carrots, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, egg, and plain pasta.

Tea: shared Chinese with hubs. Half special chow mein rice and 2 BBQ spare ribs. Bad but have no food need to go shopping!

Wednesday 20th July.

Breakfast: shreddies (HEXB) with milk (HEXA) with chopped strawberries, banana and grapes.

Lunch: prawn jacket potato 4.5 syns with lettuce, tomato and cucumber.

Tea: turkey stir fry with egg noodles and lots of stir fry veg. 1 syn sweet chili sauce shared with hubs.

Thursday 21st July.

Breakfast: shreddies (HEXB) with milk (HEXA) chopped strawberries and grapes.

Lunch: left over turkey stir fry.

Carrot and cucumber sticks with houmous dip 3 syns.

Fruit salad: pineapple, apples, grapes and strawberries.

Tea: uncle bens pilau rice 3.5 syns with bacon, mushrooms and tomato.

Chopped strawberries dipped in cadburys light choc moose 3 syns.

Friday 22nd July.

Gutted :( just weighed myself had I've had a 2pound gain :( looks like my night out didn't help. 10st 3 I WAS so close to the 9s :(

Will be 100 % on plan this week.

Breakfast: fruit salad.

Lunch: tesco tuna and prawn sushi 2syns.


Tea: spaghetti bolognese made with turkey mince, pasata, tinned tomatoes, onions, garlic, chilli, mushrooms and peppers. Cheese (HEXA)

Cadburys light choc moose 3 syns with chopped strawberries.

Night shift :(

Sea food sticks.

Saturday 23rd July.

Breakfast: fruit salad melon, kiwi, grapes and pineapple.

Lunch: left over spaghetti bolognese from last night.

Sea food sticks.

3x mini baby bell light (HEXA)

SW wedges with WM co op pitta (HEXB) with tomatoes, grilled chicken and steamed veg. Extra light mayo 0.5 syns and sweet chili 1.5 syns.

Fridge raiders 2.5 syns 1st time I've had them and probably won't again!!

Breakfast: lots of strawberries.

Lunch: chicken and peppers marinated in garlic and chili with steamed veg. Extra light mayo 0.5 syns and sweet chili 1.5 syns.

Monday 25th July.

Breakfast: strawberries

Lunch: left over pasta bolognese

Seafood sticks.

Tea: pizza express BAD but was bated birthday meal with friend. We shared garlic bread with cheese (HEXA) I had cannelloni and then we shared choc fudge cake.

Whole jug of cocktail! BAD BAD BAD! been saving my syns so hope it's ok!

Tuesday 26th July.

Back to 100% this week.

Breakfast: co op WM pitta (HEXB) with bacon and tomatoes dash of mayo with sweet chili 2syns.

Lunch: same as breakfast as it was soooo nice :) 6.5 syns for pitta. 2syns for mayo.

Strawberries and apple.

Tea: half pack of ainsley Harriet morrocan cous cous, steamed veg, chicken and beetroot. 1 syn.

Breakfast: alpen light bar 3syns
Apple.

Lunch: WM co op pitta (HEXB) with bacon, tomatoes and mayo 1 syn.

Fruit salad: melon, pineapple, grapes and peach.

Went to cinema so had alpen light bar 3syns
3x mini baby bells (HEXA)

Tea: SW wedges and home made burger things just lean mince and herbs with beetroot and steamed veg. Mayo 1syn

Mini milk 1.5 syns.

Monday 28th July.

Breakfast: 2x alpen light bar (HEXB)
Fruit salad: melon, grapes, orange,peach and pears.

Lunch: chicken bacon mayo salad 5 syns with lettuce, tomato, plain pasta, carrots, cucumber,tomato and cheese (HEXA)

Tea: bolognese made with mince, low fat dolmio sauce 3syns (made big batch to freeze) added mushrooms, peppers and steamed broccoli, carrot and sweetcorn.

Breakfast: 2x alpen light bars (HEXB)

Fruit salad: melon, pineapple, peach, pear, grapes and orange.

Lunch: bolognese left over from last night 3syns. With steamed broccoli, carrots and sweetcorn.

Chinese for tea shared with hubs special chow mien, rice and 2spare ribs!

Saturday 30th July.

WI yeyyyyyyy back down to 10st 1 and BMI is 25.88 I've lost that 2pounds I put on so very happy about that :)

Breakfast: co op WM pitta (HEXB) with mushrooms, tomatoes, spring onions, low low cheese (HEXA) mayo with sweet chili 1syn.

BAD! Pub tea! just had a cheese burger with chips and salad. Then shared desert with hubs had choc cake with ice cream!! Def gone over syns but it is treat day and will be back on it tomorrow :)
