Hi everyone

I re-joined weight watchers last wednesday and have 1st weigh in tomorrow.

Thought I would start a food diary on here as well.

Have managed ok on my 29PP, the last time I was at weight watchers I was on 39PP a day I think.

SInce September last year I have changed my mindset and managed to lose over 5 stone! Never thought it possible for me after years and years of being up and down.

I have been a bit complacent the last few months, sunshine = more wine :confused: and only lost about 4 or 5lb since May.

So I decided to go back to weekly weigh in's at group to see if that helps me get rid of this last bit.

My original goal was size 16 which I have achieved, then it was to lose 100lb so that is my focus at the minute.

I have had a great week. Most days used my PP a couple of days a few under and have used 8 weeklies. weigh in tomorrow and out for a meal for my birthday so will use the rest of the weeklies then.

I have exercised loads, gym every day and walking and bike.

Look forward to posting my food diary and looking out for any advice on it.

Hi, you have done so good so far 5 stone wow fair play to you, Good luck tomorrow in your WI. I definatly find that going to meetings and keeping track is what helps for me, dont want to have to pay for leader to tell me i have put on weight :)

I have 40 weeklies left from this week anyway so will be able to have a slice if anyone buys me a one!


Hubby is away working, mam and dad on hols, sis and family on hols. Me and my daughter going for tea so will make sure I use my weeklies up x x

Not sure see what we fancy, I quite like tapas or italian.

Weigh in at 12.30 fingers crossed. One of the girls did me a hamper full of WW stuff (pic attcahed), curly wurly and mini bottles of wine. Wont need any treats buying for a while x x

Over the moon as my losseds had slowed right down with not being too good.

It just shows that the gym and no wine do work lol x x

Fantastic Result Sweetie! So proud of you :) I totally agree about wine, I really struggled to lose when I was drinking! X

Well Done on completing another day! Remember that the Weeklies are there to be used, more is more as me and Ciara would say ;-) x
 
I did 45 minutes on the cross trainer. It said 390 calories. Not bad x x

Have had 2 weeklies ha ha x
