Hi all - Can I join the November challenge please???? I loved the October challenge, met my target but have just come back from a week away where the last 3 days were truly awful, so I need the help.
(will post my starting weight on weds - Im expecting a big gain!!!)

Hi Ali, hope you're OK.

I think 2lbs is plenty, it's good to set realistic goals and you don't have much to lose.... I am sure you can do it!

Towards November I'd say. Easier to count your WI's for the month they occur. Saves confusion. SW is based that way for sotm awards etc..
