so who's watching?? Think I've switched it on too late, but picked up one tip already- slices of leeks instead of pasta in lasagne, sounds good to me!

The lasagne looked awesome, I'll deffo be making that soon. This is pretty much the perfect programme for me too, I LOVE the Hairy Bikers. I'm fond of food programmes in general but they're my favourite TV cooks so I was really pleased to see them doing a weight loss show.

As soon as I get my proper internet connection on Wednesday I'm definitely watching the whole thing on iplayer!

Just thought I'd let you guys know, I got their hairy dieter's cookbook from wh smiths for £7.49 - half price and cheaper than amazon. Rather looking forward to my big shop so I can buy in to try some of the recipes!

BBC Two - Hairy Dieters: How to Love Food and Lose Weight link to the BBC site with recipes. I think everything is a bit too 'foodie' for me- I like quite plain food really. But I think the tips will come in handy. And it beats watching other food shows as it's still a 'diet' show. I think in some ways regular food shows make me feel like eating those high calorie foods is 'legit'...
