the hardest thing for me

    is having to open crisps and all the other nice things and give them to my kids without eating them :sigh: i think that is when if at all i would slip up. just now i have mega will power but i know what im like i give up too easy in some things.

    whats the hardest times for you?

    Late at night when I can't sleep - sigh!

    Are your kids quite little? If not I would make them sit outside with the crisps or I would rip the packet out of their tiny hands and gobble them all down - hence the reason I have no kids!! :D

    It must be so hard having kids in the house when you are doing something like this - well done you for your will power!!

    lol linzois yeah they are only rugrats really, my oldest is three, my middle one is 17months and my youngest is 6months, but yeah it takes all ive got not to take the packet off them and jump up and down on it lol i cant not give them but ive been trying to avoid it as much as i can

    My little one is nearly 8 months and loves toast with butter in the mornings...I struggle with that!

    OMG - hot buttered toast - I will sooo miss that! My two are will be 7 and 4 in March (hoping I can have a bit of their birthday cakes by then!) and their diet, when I think about it, seems to be mostly carbs (bread, pasta, rice, spuds, noodles, crisps, biscuits etc) with a smidge of protein and diary - must try and balance it out a wee bit I think!
