I had the implant a few years back. I gained around 7lbs after it was first fitted but nothing really after that. It just messed up my body in other ways lol.

I had the injection. Just under 3stone on, I only had 2 or 3 injections. My doctor said that I should never have been given it by the family planning clinic considering my weight at the time and body anxieties.

I was about 12st when I had it, a slightly high but healthy bmi under 25, when i came off it I was obese.

It wasn't over-eating either :( doctor told me she also gained around 3stone being on it.

But it's different effects for different people, unfair! :):) and I guess you don't know until you try ...

i've been on the pill, then injections and then the implant and have noticed weight gain with all three but this could be down to other factors over the years. glad it doesn't sound like it makes it harder to shift any weight, nearly at the end of my first week so will see on thursday...
