Hi everyone! Just wondering if anyone could give me any advice!

I am 5ft1 and 8st12lb (I was just a little over 9stone after Christmas but back to it) so I'm currently aiming to loose another 12lb to reach my target of 8st.

My diet currently consists of; protein powder, semi skimmed milk, soy milk light, low fat Greek yogurt, eggs, fruit, veg, Turkey, tuna, chicken, cottage cheese and I am watching my carbs but some days I include stir fry noodles, light stir fry sauces, whole grain bread, porridge oats, small serving of cashew butter.
(1200cal-1500 a day)

I exercise regularly my weekly routine usually looks like this;
1x metafit
1x body condition
1x circuit training
2/3x gym; cardio/strength
(I'm also hoping to get back in the pool once I have toned back up)

I managed to get down to 8st8 last year and I was starting to look really toned and healthy unfortunately I got in an awful binge routine, I think I restricted too much. Now that I am back on track I feel like it is going to take forever to get there. My body composition is nowhere near as good as it was and I'm just wondering if anyone can look at my exercise/diet and give me any pointers for anyone else who has struggled to loose that last stone! Seems impossible at the minute!
