Back at work yesterday not the healthiest day due to a few naughty snacks but managed to stay within my calories.

Breakfast = plum tomatoes on 1 dry toast
Lunch = 1/2 tin Heinz beef broth & 1 slice of granary bread
Dinner = pork Loin Chop, Boiled Potatoes, Cauliflower & Gravy
Snacks = 3 foxes Biscuits & 6 Fruit Pastels
Exercise = 25mins walking and 4 mins walking up stairs.

Daily Calorie Goal = 1200Kcal
Total Eaten = 1157Kcal
Total Burnt = 114Kcal
