Now if you are anything like me you would have spent hours searching this forum for pictures and stories or real success stories of people on lighterlife (LL).

Well here is a list of people who a few of us feel are an inspiration to us all and deserve to be highlighted so you can come and see their success (and pictures).

Since Jan 2008 to date BL has lost an an amazing 131lb and nearly 47% of her body weight and went from a BMI of 43.8 to 23.3

Between Feb 2008 and December 2008 lost 11.5 stone and has more importantly maintained since.

No words to describe how impressed I am with that.

Thank you for that example of how to loose and remain at a target weight.

Now I am not sure of the correct figures

But according to her profile Minerva has been maintaining for 14months so I assume she has reached her target weight of 126lb, but her profile showing losses of 99lb loosing some 38% body mass (but I believe this would be more care to update us here minerva?)

Originally I lost 156lb on the LL program and through calorie counting after.
Due to some sad circumstances I've regained some weight, but am back on track to lose it again.

can't believe I'm up here but yes, I lost was 170lbs on LL over just over 10 months. It's been up and down but I'm still maintaining. Sometimes have packs for a few days after I've over indulged but it's changed my life forever. Will have to put up some more recent photos very soon!
