Lost 63lbs (originally it was more - but the re-gain has all been PURE MUSCLE!) and is now fitter and stronger than ever - doing weightlifting and generally being very healthy!
And Sean - who has kept a wonderful RTM Journal of his day-to-day. It definitely helped me through and has generally been very inspirational. As far as I know he is still maintaining to this day!
Think sometimes the men are overlooked cos there are so many of us women. Think its important that they get their mention too. Well done Pete and Sean. You have both done amazingly well.
