I am extatic today after loosing 1lb at weigh in last night!!! :D but I don't understand how I had a completely 100% week the week before and stayed the same but last week i got very drunk....twice and ate crisps and profitor rolls but lost this week??? confusing!!
Maybe my body just needed a shock to start loosing again!

Anyway, this week I'm going to be very good again and stick to plan and see what my loss is next week!!!;)

Sometime our bodies just need that little bit of a jolt to work on! Stick to plan now though, as if you have some things you are not supposed to, then you may get a gain.
