Morning all, so didn't really stick to plan yesterday at all.. Went to a Thai buffet during the day with my fella, then went out at night ending the evening with chips and garlic mayo lol! Going to assume I've use all my weekly points as I cba to work it out.. Back on it today though! Xxx

Feeling good today, finally seem to be getting my head around the fact I can go out and have a good time, eat chips and drink vodka, and not have to throw the whole week away! Knew I wouldn't be doing anything all afternoon so made the most of it by hitting the gym for a good hour! Felt so much better for it too.. If I hadn't have gone I just know I would've been sat at home raiding the cupboards every 10 minutes out of boredom! Also feeling very happy that I managed to go out for lunch and not blow all my points. Made the choice to have a tuna melt panini before I got there (had one before - lush!) and when I got there I stuck to my decision and had a diet coke too. Resisted crisps when my friend was having some too. Normally I would cave, plus the cake they do is sooo gorgeous! So all in all feeling very happy and pleased with myself today. Think I have finally turned a corner and realised I CAN have a good time whilst losing weight at the same time :) xxx
