Another good day today.. Even managed a Sunday roast and a pud without going totally over my points! Just had a fish finger sarnie for tea too, yummmyyyy! Starting to think this weekend lark is easy ;)

Don't know if anyone still follows this diary, but if so, I'm back! I've been doing Slimming World for about 14 weeks and have managed to lose 10lbs! I'm thrilled about it but can feel myself slipping back into old habits, so want to nip it in the bud and get back on Weight Watchers.. So here's my plan for tomorrow...

Thanks hun :) I've done pretty well on Slimming World so far, but I'm losing motivation so going to see how I get on with Weight Watchers for a bit! Think the 49 weeklies will be useful for Xmas parties etc! x
 
Okay I'm determined to do this! Here's my food plan for tomorrow.. Looking forward to joining group on Monday and getting all the material I need to keep my focused :)
