Breakfast - Vanilla muller light yogurt

Lunch - Sw chilli con carne (extra lean mince, onion, cinnamon, paprika, cumin, chopped tomato's, mushroom, pepper, soy sauce, boiled rice); bottled water

Dinner - Steak, sw chips, mushrooms, onions, peppercorn sauce - 3 syns made with semi sk milk (HEXA); pepsi max

TOTAL SYNS - 3
