The Night before Day 1 on Lite!!

    Hey everyone,
    Took the leap and joined LLL tonight. I've got my 21 packs, my mixer, a magazine and been reading the book. First actual meeting on Sat.
    Weighed in at 79.9 kgs (apparently we have to do kg although they don't mean anything to my stones and lbs mind!). So about 12.9? I'm 5ft 6 so if I'm honest with you all I want to be 9 st 7. Who even knows if it is possible. I've tried so many diets but I'm hoping the counselling part of this will sort out the bingeing and guilt and let me get on with life without obsessive thoughts on secret eating and how I dislike my body.
    Anyway I'll shut up now. Would love to hear how anyone else on LLL is going a few days or weeks in so please msg bak if u get a chance and let me know how well it's working! I need to know there's hope! Xx

    Hi and welcome! I have just completed my first week on LLL. I am not going to lie..I did go through a few low moments in the first week, especially around day 3 &4, but it is getting easier. This forum has been a lifeline for me with great support and encouragement. Space the food packs out well, drink lots and your hunger should be reduced. I haven’t attended group yet as it has been half term. Good luck with your first day!
