Think it was the fear of Lindam coming to check up on me!!.. Not sure really .. have eaten a lot of the soya mince chilli that I made but other than that ???? And would just like to point out that I am currently wearing a pair of size 12 jeans lol :D I am now wearing 16's, 14's and 12's !!
 
anxiety is a great weight loss tool! lol ...and chilli is supposed to make your metabolism burn faster.

think i'll make my chilli enchiladas for dinner tomorrow!

i know what you mean about the clothes - i'm now wearing 22's, 24's and 26's!!!
 
Depends on what make they are.. we have had a day of charity shop shopping and even ventured to a jumble sale lol.. I picked up a couple of saucy books for 20p each lol.

I am on here and Lindam is fast asleep as shopping has worn her out. :D

Sorry to post so late. I stayed the same last week. No idea why other than I lose weight really slowly and miraculously lost 3lbs the week before, so that may be it for a while now!

Will weigh in on Thurs this week, day early as I'm off to V festival on Friday morning.

well sorry to say peeps that I am not doing so well. I have been to the Dr's and I have shoulder arc syndrome in both shoulders!. I have been told not to drive, type (whoops!!) and just completly rest the muscles. I have been signed off work and am sitting watching the olympics feeling really down in the dumps. I have contacted my SW leader and will not be going this week and will hopefully see for next week. I am finding everything difficult at the moment so am going to be taking some time out. SW is still with me but my desire for a weightloss each week is being surpassed by the discomfort I am feeling so I am giving in to complete rest. I will be back soon. Well done to everyone who has lost and maintained and good luck for this weeks WI. xx

that sounds painful!!! just take it easy and concentrate on your health. i've learnt from previous experience that health comes before any diet and what you weigh. hope you recover quickly and see you back on here soon. xxxx
