Hi ladies,

Sorry if this had been asked i dont know how to look for old posts yet and from what i saw there isn't anything on last couple of pages.

I'm doing the 3 packs a day but alittle confused about the 100g protein. Can this be a piece of chicken? Or do you make it into like a little meal?

hi hun, have the 100g of chicken however u want it, either as a snack or a meal. I have mine with either salad or veg :) xx
