The question of milk?

Hi everyone, I am in my first week of ss and doing ok but I really really cant stand not having milk in my coffee. It's skimmed and only a splash, I have two coffees a day. Bit worried this will affect my weight loss but not sure I could get through detox without it! What does everyone else do? I tried using a bit of my vanilla shake as 'milk' but... Yuk!

Im on SS+ (3 meals ,.. going to 4 next week once in ketosis) plus 200ml of skimmed milk per day. This is through my CDC and is my confirmed plan. I am just measuring out 200ml of skimmed milk in the morning, bringing 100ml to work and the rest is my night allowance - I am TEA MAD and have failed on other ketosis based diets because I haven't been able to cope without my cups of tea ... I feel your pain! Text or ring your CDC and say you want to do SS+ not with an evening meal but with MILK :) mmmm milk xx :p
