Just as there are many reasons why we all began our SW journey, there are so many reasons too why some of us find it hard at times.

There can be a real 'head-shift' needed many many times along that journey, and it's a real struggle to see why at times and stay on track. I found this article in Today's Daily Mail 'hit the spot' with me and has made total sense and I thought I'd share it!

1. Why are you doing it
2. For whom are you doing it
3. Don't set yourself up to fail
4. Don't go for the quick fix
5. Don't time travel
6. Make peace with food
7. Because you're worth it

Me too - one of the few 'dieting' articles that I could TOTALLY relate to.

I've printed it off and stuck it on my fridge!
