Thank you - as you can probably guess, after last week, i am over the moon, defintely spurred me on - hopeing for 2 this week, that will be my first half stone!!!!

Onwards and downwards me hopes!!!:)

Well done! 5lb in 2 weeks is really good :) Some weeks you lose, some weeks you don't, but it all evens out in the end.

Had more points over the week but did cut down on the carbs. Did still have the odd jacket potato, choc bar, fruit etc, but did watch the bread and pasta!!!!
