Drinks don't tend to have any/much fat in them so you don't need to worry too much about them. If in doubt (say it was milkshake or something like that) look at the fat per 100mls and keep that below 5. For alcohol there is little or no fat but there is a lot of calories in some drinks so be careful there.

Yes, fat wise there isn't much in most things, but do read the labels.. alcohol drinks have a lot of calories that can be called empty cals esp wine...
