I think I would go for the lentil soup with no bread/butter followed by the grilled salmon salad, no oil and dressing on the side accompanied by a baked potato with no butter.
I decided on the lentil soup (No bread) then had a treat and had a southern fried chicken burger only managed to eat half of it *made the bf eat the rest haha* and ate like two chips also only managed half my soup so not too damaging i dont think and i enjoyed it
