The strangest thing!

After being successfully ss for 2 month yesterday I fell off the wagon in style!

I was at a wedding with my packs! (like you do) and caved in to pressure and temptation and ended up eating! ALOT
I had a 3 course meal and some crisps.

very stupid and I was sooo gutted. I was really upset this morning and dreading the next couple of days trying to get back on track and in ketosis,

anyway - just now I checked myself with a keto stick and I am still in ketosis!!!!
It must be a total fluke! god knows how I managed it.
I was very constipated and eating seemed to have cleared that up - maybe that helped!

anyway - I am so chuffed and am back on track! ss all he way x

You werent sick were you? I ask cos i binged last time i was on cd and vomited and was in k land the next day.

Hey hun!! Thank goodness ur still in ketosis. I also had a relapse yesterday and am still in ketosis and havent gained!!! And well done on getting straight back into it and checking your strip, as alot of people would have felt defeated and just given up..so well done YOU!! Whens your next weigh in?

Blimey that was good it did not knock you out of Ketosis. We all have lapses (on my 1st week but i am bound to in the future) but main thing is your back on track and in the right frame of mood.

I wasnt sick no. But I must say didnt feel well! I think that when you have eaten so little and got used to that your body does not appreciate a blow out!
Luckily my weighin isnt until saturday, so I have some time for my body to adjust, might crack out the wii fit!
I am really trying hard on my way of thinking since doing this diet. I have to keep positive because I know that if I didnt I would just think - well blow it might as well eat again! This is the old negative me and it why I got up to 20 stone!

Also i think when you have a lapse / eat in a day more than you have been your bodys metaboliam starts to fasten up so maybe you burn calories more quickly for the next couple of days hence why minimal to no weight loss. I might be wrong but i am sure i read this happens somewhere (prob got it wrong tho).

Awww dont worry hun. My heavest I was 23st 6lbs....that looks and sounds awful! But dont worry, this diet does get easier and to think that we will be able to walk past Evans in the future(well in about few months) and not going in, will make it all the worth while!xxx

I've done pretty much exactly the same thing. Lapsed fairly spectacularly after 2 months LL 100%. Although I don't know yet whether I've been kicked out of ketosis I'll be really surprised if I haven't. I've also got til next saturday to get back on track, hoping I can lose 2lb and get to the "overweight" target but that may be a false hope!
